Dal 2010 curo l'ideazione e il coordinamento dei programmi di incubazione e accelerazione per startup innovative del @IncubatoreNaEst del Comune di Napoli, tra cui tutte le edizioni di #VulcanicaMente: dal talento all'impresa.
Svolgo consulenza per la valutazione di progetti imprenditoriali, l'idea generation e il business planning, esercito la professione di dottore commercialista. Sono partner di Aiglon, società di famiglia che offre servizi di progettazione e realizzazione di impianti tecnologici.

Dopo aver fatto su e giù tra Napoli e Roma decide di mettersi in gioco per sviluppare una propria idea. L'idea nasce e si concretizza con un bel team, cogliendo l'opportunità che si presenta con la prima edizione di Vulcanicamente, nel 2012.
Nello stesso anno l'idea diventa un prodotto: LinkPass , viene finanziata e parte l'avventura.

Classe 1985, comincia come blogger e riesce a far decollare i suoi progetti a costo zero inventando strategie di marketing non convenzionale. Nel 2009, lancia un blog di informazione satirica mentre nel 2011 sfida Zynga ed entra nel Guinness World Records raddoppiando il primato per il maggior numero di commenti ad un singolo post di Facebook (560.000 commenti).
A settembre 2012 pubblica il suo primo libro scritto in crowdsourcing con oltre 700.000. Nel 2013 e 2014 è ospite di numerosi eventi di prestigio, tra cui TEDx, Giffoni Film Festival, Eurocity Culture Forum, Meeting di Rimini, Maker Faire Rome e Innovation Day, mentre all’inizio del 2015 è uno dei fondatori del Giffoni Innovation Hub, l’acceleratore di progetti, startup e format legati al mondo dell’arte e della cultura lanciato insieme a Giffoni Experience.
